- Place the item securely in its original packaging, and we recommend using registered post to ensure safe delivery back to us.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your exchange or refund.
Gift Returns
If your piece was a gift, reach out to us! We’d be happy to provide a store credit so you can choose something special for you.
Custom/Personalized Items
Due to their unique nature, custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for returns unless they contain a flaw in material or design.
