Agreement Between Stel and the Customer

1.1 Your order is considered an offer to purchase goods from Stel. A confirmation email will be sent upon receiving your order and payment; however, this email does not signify acceptance of your order. The contract between you and Stel is formed when the products are dispatched, unless we notify you that we cannot fulfil your order or you cancel it as per clause 3. Orders can only be made by individuals who are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering binding agreements.

Pricing and Payment

2.1 Prices for all products are as listed on our website at the time of purchase.

2.2 Additional delivery charges may apply depending on your location, and these will be displayed during the checkout process.

2.3 All payments will be processed in Euro. For international orders, currency exchange rates and bank charges may apply based on your card provider or payment method.

2.4 Discount Codes: Occasionally, Stel may issue promotional codes. These codes are valid for use on full-priced items only and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers unless otherwise specified.

Delivery of Your Order

3.1 We will deliver your items to the address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details are correct and that someone is available to receive the goods.

3.2 Delivery Details:

– Standard delivery charge is €15 for orders under €450. Orders over  €400 qualify for free delivery.

– Delivery times can range from 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.

– If you require next-day delivery, please contact our customer service team.

– All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left by the courier with further instructions.

– International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
3.3 Ownership of the goods transfers to you once the products are dispatched. After delivery, you assume full responsibility for the goods.

3.4 Stel does not guarantee the availability of its products for purchase outside of Ireland. If you access our website from another country, you do so at your own risk and must ensure compliance with local laws.

3.5 If your order is returned due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address or no one available to receive the parcel), you will be responsible for any additional delivery costs to reattempt shipping.

Stel’s Right to Cancel

5.1 Stel reserves the right to cancel an order if:

– The item is out of stock.

– Delivery is unavailable to your location.

– There was an error in the pricing or description of the item.

5.2 In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded in full within 30 days. We are not liable for any disappointment or inconvenience caused by the cancellation.

Product and Delivery Issues

6.1 If your order arrives and is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

6.2 If your delivery does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, you must contact us within 14 days of the order date. We will either:

– Replace the items.
